Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via PostNL.
Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your package at any time.

Shipping Costs

• Orders under €30
  A shipping fee of €6.95 applies within the Netherlands.

• Orders from €30 and above
  Free shipping within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping Time

We process and ship orders quickly.

• Orders are shipped within 1 full business day.
  If you place your order on Friday after 17:00 or during the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Track & Trace

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. This allows you to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.

Incorrect Address or Uncollected Package

If:

• the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, or

• the package is not collected at a PostNL location, pick-up point, or locker,

and the package is returned to DoofyWoof, then €6.95 will be deducted from any refund to compensate for the incurred shipping costs.
